Odiham Art Group

In light of everything that is happening with Covid-19 it comes as no surprise that we have revised our programme for the summer.  Whilst the constitution states there should be an AGM in July the Committee have agreed to cancel the 4th July date and we intend to hold a Special General Meeting (as the constitution allows) at the demonstration on 5th December 2020.  We have also reluctantly decided to cancel the Annual Exhibition for this year due to the lockdown restrictions, but look forward to a bumper year in 2021.

A full listing of the new 2020/2021 Programme has been published and can be found on the Programme page of the website (see index on left).  Let’s hope that we can meet again to enjoy some of the excellent demonstrations and workshops planned.  In the meantime I am pleased to let you know that Paul Oakley, who was going demonstrate a landscape in oils after the AGM, has agreed to do an on-line demo for us on Saturday 4th July - more information on how to log in and watch it will be circulated shortly.

We have a little more time to make a decision on the September/ October/ November demos and we will let members know once we have a better idea of any restrictions that apply and/or if the North Warnborough Village Hall has re-opened in the meantime.

The current Committee have agreed to continue as is until the December meeting.  However we do have one change as Diane Welsh resigned from the Committee before the lockdown hit and we would like to thank Diane for all her hard work on behalf of the OAG over the years, it has been much appreciated.
