Saturday 2nd November 2019.  DEMONSTRATION by Mark Warner ‘Seascape’

Mark is an artist based in Shropshire.  Sketching is at the heart of his work and it is integral to the development of a piece, many times forming part of the painting itself.  He uses colour to interpret the light and weather conditions and often works directly in the field (literally on many occasions!) from sketches created outside as well as notes and photographs taken on location then developed back in the studio.  He was the winner of the Qube Arts Open People's Choice Prize.  Members can view his work on his website www.brushmark.co.uk

Saturday 23rd November 2019 NEW WORKSHOP by Ronnie Ireland, 'Planning a painting and working from photographs'.
